Our time together begins with a complimentary consultation to see if we are a good fit for each other. If you decide to move forward with me, you will receive support that is individualized to fit your needs. Package includes:

PRENATAL SUPPORT

• Unlimited support via phone, text, video, and email during your pregnancy

• Three prenatal visits lasting 60-90 minutes each

• Guidance in writing your birth intentions & planning for postpartum 

• Overview of comfort measures & positions for labor, including hands-on practice

LABOR & BIRTH

• On-call availability beginning at 37 weeks gestation until your birth

• Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor & birth

• Immediate postpartum and feeding support until you feel comfortable

• Pictures and video if desired 

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

• One postpartum visit lasting 60-90 minutes

• Text, phone, and email support up to one year postpartum

• Referrals and resources as needed
